Customer notice: Our furniture clearance pieces are brand new items in original packaging however as these products are mostly old stock items, there is a very slight chance that minor cracks, splits or other naturally occurring defects may be present, in most cases such flaws can easily be treated with wood glue or furniture wax. Please keep this in mind before purchasing as such items are excluded from our returns policy.
In general all items are as new without any of the flawes mentioned above, we are simply stating this to avoid any dissapointment should any of the above be present upon delivery.
