Cancellations before dispatch are accepted, we do not charge any admin or restocking fees, however, any delivery fees paid at the time of placing your order are none refundable. Whilst placing an order, you can not proceed past the checkout without given consent to this term of a sale.
Cancellations after dispatch are accepted however any delivery fees paid at the time of placing your order are non-refundable and a return shipping fee if needed may also be deducted from the refund of your order even if you have not taken delivery. You can read on cancelations and returns below.
If your order was provided with free delivery and you request a cancellation or return, any delivery costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. Please see the following for a guideline to these charges, rates will vary depending on size, weight and also number of parcels.
Cancelled and return order charges by delivery service used to deliver/return, items sent by;
- Parcel courier. Charge per item between £15>£35 each way.
- Furniture courier. Charge per item between £35>£65 each way.
We will always do our very best to charge the lowest cancellation and return shipping rates possible.
As per checkout notice, any orders which have been paid for via bank transfer or bacs payment are only refundable via credit note or gift coupon. If any delivery fees have been incurred they will be deducted from the credit due to be issued.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000) you may return unwanted goods within 7 days from taking delivery, in exchange for a full refund. This excludes goods which have been altered or made to your own specification, delivery fees are too none refundable and you will need to cover any return delivery costs.
Any items requested to be returned after the 7-day “cooling-off’ period Will NOT incur handling, admin or re-stocking fee. However, any delivery or return delivery fees incurred would be none refundable.
Any items being returned MUST be returned unused and complete in good resalable condition packaged in all original undamaged packaging. To ensure you can sufficiently repack any items “as received” always take care when unpacking any items. Scissors can be used to cut any taped areas, we highly recommend this as items can easily be repacked after inspection.
It’s your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within the seven-day cancellation period by telephone or email, once this period has passed cancellation fees will be applicable.
Unless items are faulty or damaged, the buyer is liable for any carriage costs involved in returning any items.
Any delivery fees incurred are none refundable so if possible send your order straight back with the driver to keep delivery costs to a minimum, sometimes it’s not always possible due to the driver’s schedule.
You are under a duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst in your possession, items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
Any items which have been returned but damaged whilst in your care, the cost of the damages will be deducted from the final refund value, Items returned damaged beyond repair will not qualify for a refund.
Please note it’s your responsibility to make sure that goods you have ordered will fit into your home, unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders which cannot be delivered due to restricted access or the items do not fit the room, under these circumstances items will be exempt from our seven-day return policy.
Damaged/ Faulty Goods – If an item arrives damaged or faulty and the above terms are met please email images to us via our contact us page.
Important: Items returned as damaged or faulty will be inspected upon return, if an items appears to have been falsely reported as faulty or damaged due to human error or else then any return and/or replacement delivery fees incurred will be deducted from the sum of refund amount due.
If sending an email with images to back up a claim, please ensure the email attachments together do not exceed 5mb, otherwise, your email may be treated as spam. You can easily resize large images if before sending, read on…

- Open Paint On PC or another Windows Device.
- Select an image to open on your Windows Device.
- On the Home tab, in the Image group, click Resize.
Once we have inspected the images, we will offer to replace your item free of charge at no expense at all.

Naturally Occuring Defects:
Naturally occuring flaws and defects may be present in some timber used in our furniture, for example some wood may consist of minor, pitting, knots, splits or cracks. Such naturally occuring flaws or so called defects may be treated and filled with wood filler during the manufacturing process. Please keep this in mind before purchasing as these mentioned naturally occuring defects are to be expected and only considered to be part of, or add to the character of these beautiful furniture items. This also increases sustainability and reduces the footprint in producing our furniture as no piece of hardwood goes to waste.
Sale & Clearance Items:
Sale and Clearance items are 100% excluded from our returns policy.
All items of this category are therefore none returnable and none refundable, please do keep this in mind before purchasing as we are unable to accept any cancellations, returns and refund requests.
To be very clear, this includes all sale and reduced price items including items which may arrive and be reported as, not as expected, defective and so on.
Please also note: Sale items may also vary in colour compared to none sale items within the same range.
